In the upcoming training you will be told to so certain things. We understand that everything is new to you. However, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you perform ALL the tasks given to you.
If you are told to install certain software, then please follow the EXACT steps to install this software. Failing to do so will result in the software not working properly. If the software is not working the way we want it to work, you will not be able to work for us.
The above is not a request, it is a demand in order to work with us.
We understand that the above may sound harsh. We do not want to be harsh, but you and us are losing a lot of time if things are not set-up properly.
If you are experiencing problems with the installation of software, then take the following steps:
1) Google for a solution.
2) Contact the helpdesk for this software and ask for a solution
3) Contact us and ask for help.
Do not proceed your training without completing ALL the steps in the particular modules.
Furthermore. We understand that there are different internet browsers available in the market.
Our software works with Google Chrome. Chrome is the browser we will always use. Other browsers are not supported, so do not use any other browser!
